Description:
This packaging line is for pack the body care hand and foot mask, whole line work flow as below:
1.Mask Folding& Bagging Machine (for fold the hand gloves or foot socks
which already filled and then put into the bag)→
2.Bag Sealing Machine (connect belt conveyor to feed the mask to the seal station, then sealing machine for seal the mask bag and finished).
Features:
a)Manual feed the mask sheet, automatic fold mask and put into the mask bag. No mask no fold, no bag no put. Automatic alarm for error, empty bag checking. Automatic seal the bag, finished mask product output.
b)Machine can pack both hand mask and foot mask.
c)There is station remain for customer install the inkjet printer.
d)With PLC and HMI control operation, can set the parameter on the touch screen, clearly observe the capacity and error information.
e)Use branded pneumatic and electronic components.
